IRS4
I see this is possible as an OUTPUT setting, but is it possible to work in 9:16 for creating vertical social media mobile videos?
Mishapr
Select Custom for the Editing Mode and set the Frame Size to 1080×1920, or a 9:16 ratio. For the pixel aspect ratio, choose Square Pixels. I use it to create tik tok and reels videos

If you are filming for your reels and tiktok by yourself you should know that the maximum resolution available for TikTok uploads is 1080p, so if you make a 4K video, it will still drop to 1080p. Make sure to always resize your 4K video to 1080p before uploading to TikTok. The video quality will be better than the one in the native app. I made so many blurry videos until I learned this...By the way if you are at the beginning of the road and want to get your account get views faster You can buy tiktok followers and pay with paypal and this will push your video to recommendations much faster
