Sync Device Issue

Hi there.

the function it's not working very well. I Already did activate it and link my pc app to DropBox.

But the issue is with my iPhone that after installing the app and already purchase all the futures but still having issue with the Sync.

Some times he destroy my invoice as example the invoice is 10$ after doing syncing become 10000$ !!

luck that I keep making backup but now my main problem is some invoice after record is not showing or appearing or not even exist in the app rather using Pc or iPhone. same issue with some invoice.

Latest update for the both iPhone and Pc app.

 

Could anyone help me
