islander58
I'm using v11.38 Professional, first time using it since I upgraded in April. When I split a video file, I'm getting the result as shown in this screenshot. The audio remains, but the video is gone. Not sure what I'm doing wrong? borate
Peculiar. Installl this release and see if the issue persists. If so, share the file, please. Someone will check it out. Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
islander58
The plot thickens. It won't install. 😯 I notice that it's v11.71. I also tried installing 11.70 straight from the website, and got the same error. Windows 11, fully updated. EDIT: False alarm. I had to kill the previous instance in Task manager. EDIT #2: It's working properly now. Thanks!
