RVM Posted June 7 Share Posted June 7 Please check if all your sound drivers are up to date. Click the Start Menu button -> search for Device Manager and open it -> expand the Sounds section -> right-click on the items under Sound -> Update Driver. Repeat the same steps on all the items under Sound. If you have external headphones or speakers attached, please disconnect them. Restart SoundTap and then reconnect your headphones or external speakers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
