MixPad and Roland GR55 driver

Hi.

I own MixPad Licence 6.53

I own GR55 Roland Synthetiser. This device is able to be link with USB computer. Afer installing proper driver (from Roland web site), i attempt to set ASIO GR55 as audio record input.

I get a blue screen. I try two times with same result.

I send a report to NCH support. First answer I received is to install recent version 9.19. I do it.

My license key is no more valid but I try to set ASIO GR55 in audio record input with same result : blue screen.

Although I can set IN GR55 (without ASIO) on 6.53 version

Is someone meets this problem ?

The problem may be that the device is not compatible, but if you want to confirm that, you will have to contact the support team https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html so that they can provide you with the diagnostic version of MixPad
