locked out from accessing Invoice Statements

I'm trying to access an earlier tax year 2019/2020 and it won't display - any ideas?

System says it has no access to the information and yet when I check in the journal - it's all entered and correct.

What you can try to do is check the information on the main folder, verify if you are getting all the invoices, or business information, another option is to try to share the beck up the folder on another computer and verify. 

Check the main folder.

C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Express Accounts
