addressed Insert a video into a small frame on current video

Hello I´m new to this tool.  I tried to find a way to insert a video in a specific ( X, Y ) location and with a small size on my current video with VideoPad, but I couldn't figure out if is that possible.

Can I do that with this tool?

Place the insert on the next higher track and use the MOTION effect to position and scale it to the desired size and position. 

Or try the PICTURE IN PICTURE effect, if available.  It will bring up the SCALE effect, will can be used to achieve the same result.

Remember that higher tracks take precedence over lower tracks, so if the background image/video is on track one, then the insert must be on track 2 or higher.
