The first one came out perfectly but the second when I generate it, although I get an mp4 , on the video side I have nothing, it's all black and you can only hear the voice. No need to uninstall, just download the file and double-click on it. Retain your old installer and registration info. You can always go back... For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.
