Screen recording is only recording audio with no video

I've had nch debut video capture software for a few years and have never had problems with it until recently.  When I screen record from my laptop, it is only recording audio with no video. I have played with all the settings and I can't figure out what the problem is or how to fix it. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
