.mp4 and. avi files not syncing with audio

Hi.

My uploaded .mp4 and .avi files to Express Scribe play with video and audio but they are not in snyc with each other.

They play fine on windows media and other apps on my Windows 10 machine without issue. It's just Express Scribe that won't synch.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Version 11.06 is the latest for Windows. If your license is purchased within 6 months, you get free upgrade for the latest version.

I'm having the same problem (audio and video out of sync after uploading a video file), an issue I had never had in the past despite years of use.  I have the latest version (11.06), so that doesn't solve the problem.

What solution have you found for this issue?

In attempt to fix this issue, try the steps below:

Uninstall Scribe, then delete 3 folders named "Scribe" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
**C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Scribe\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
**C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Scribe\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nch.com.au/components/essetup.exe

Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.
