I certainly expect the software to work, and if not, to have it fixed. But in my case, the helpdesk is clueless and even suggest that I should BUY A NEW COPY as the bug has PROBABLY, ALREADY, BEEN FIXED. Until I find a bridge to buy, I am cutting and pasting s "space hyphen" from Word and "____" also from word.
