addressed How to choose multiple videoclips together?

Hi

When editing videos, I have tried to choose all video clips that are either to the right or left of the edit point to move them with drag and drop.  So I don't want to select all clips with CTRL+A command, only part of them. In a long video marking the first and last part to be moved with the command shift + left mouse, feels tedious.  Is there any better way to mark videos for transfer?

To select a range of clips select the first with the left mouse button...then hold down <ctrl> and select the last.  That's a standard Windows routine.

This works for clips either in the bin or on the timeline.

Thanks for the answer, but as I wrote, this method I know.  It is good, when you don't have many clips, if don't, it’s pretty awkward to scroll sequence line for example to the end in long video.

I just wonder, is there any keyboard command etc for this function?

Click on the two-headed arrow at the right-bottom of the window to view the entire timeline...   

or expand/contract with the slider.  You can also use the buttons under the preview window to jump to the start or end of the timeline.

To quickly scroll to beginning or end or the timeline, hold down both <shift> and the right or left arrow keys.
