jrc
I'm getting a lot of dropped frames - on average every 10 frames. I'm using 2 different capture cards with the same result. Any solution? Here is a short clip that I captured: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AtRNzrUtkzspgb8NYj1hotGxqTLe-Q?e=BQeZRF
DannR
If you try to select just 1 capture card do you get the same result? Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording menu > select your card and set as default. If these options are not listed, right-click on the blank area, select "Show disabled devices", look for the option, select, click "Set default", click OK. When ready, go to Debut options > check the device and click OK to retest.
jrc
I noticed that if I select Record as .mkv than everything was perfectly. No dropped frames at all. Any other format mp4, avi, mov, etc.. drops a lot of frames.
elk
Make sure you install the latest version of Debut: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe
Hannes A.
Anyone got a work around to help me? Debut prevents me from using a capture device DVC100 connected to a vcr because it is always asking for a webcam input when I start recording. I was able to fool it once and made 2 30min views and now later I cannot now. As I was trying other options, it is now defaulting to a screen recording and I can't seem to exit that. Wish I could rate them zero of 5 in MFA.
