Blank or white screen at end of exported video - hot ow avoid?

Want my exported video to simply stop at and show the last image, but I am getting a blank/white screen.  My workaround was to make the video long and cut it with another tool, but this should be unnecessary, I am a'thinkin'.  The white/blank screen is from me removing the transition...?

The black and white s the entire video or just the last image, can you check this on your preview. What you can check is if you have any effect or transition applied on your project, another option is just to get the frame and add it to the end so you can manage that on your video.
