Hi all,

• The "first time using MixPad, recorded my self playing my guitar "simple" yes, well i thought so to, "but NO" I press the play button nothing, i try try try and try but nothing i have tried every thing but nothing, so i am asking for help. Thank you. Yours JR."

Hello Johnruddock, to record on MixPad, you need to click on the record button on the track you want to use.  Confirm that the instrument or microphone is connected and routed to the right channel you want to record from.  When you are ready to start recording, you click on the record button at the bottom on the program window.

After you are done recording you may turn off the recording on the channel to avoid accidents, and then you should be able to playback the recording through your computer speakers or headphones, depending on the hardware and drivers you have on the computer.
