SlavaA
Is there a way to import 3D models with their textures?
elk
3D models and textures can be imported into DreamPlam but separately. When you import a 3D model, it will include the same colors, size, texture, etc; of the original source. For information on how to import 3D models: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/dreamplan/win/importmodel.html To import textures: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/dreamplan/win/importtexture.html
SlavaA
This doesn't show me how to import 3D models with their textures
DannR
The program provide you the option to import, but not all the models would load the textures. As alternative you have the option to change the texture color. sniegu84
I've hit the same problem. My model does not update after importing texture files for the model. How to make them combine? Why this is not done at importing stage automatically. In 3ds files I see reference by file name to jpeg files. BTW How to delete imported models? Thanks
Chris75
Hello, Thank you for contacting us and the texture is import automatically by the program, but if the model you are trying to load does not include the texture, it is likely that the file associated with that is not being read by DreamPlan. Sadly, there is no option to add the texture to the 3D items if they are not loaded automatically. Sadly, at this moment the program does not offer an option to delete the 3D models you have added.
