Hi 

I had purchased Pico PDF. I had paid the money and purchased the software but I could not feed the key and make it as licensed. when ever i click my softwear it is reading as unlicensed.

will you please write down the step by step procedure to ensure my software as licensed. 

the other issue is regarding my password, whenever i am clicking my own password the software is not accepting. you can send the password by email

The registration code should be on your email. If you are not able to find it I suggest you to contact NCH technical support team given that the code is confidential information. You can open a ticket using the following link: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

When you find the code simply open the program -> From the top left corner, click the "File" menu -> From the dropdown menu select "Register software...".
