Firoj
I have the latest freeware version of Switch installed. I tested converting a .DS2 file from an Olympus DS-2400 to mp3 and it worked fine. I have since tried converting to WMA and am now getting an error after pressing convert that "The specified source format could not be read.". I've verified it is recording in SP mode. It's possible I previously had the olympus dss player software installed when I did the mp3 conversion. I'm trying to include a batch conversion of files from the recorder into wma format into a script for my users so I don't have to go and install the Olympus software everywhere https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/. I don't know why it won't convert anymore unless it was relying on the Olympus software. I have downloaded dss32.exe from the component page and verified it worked. I ran the directX update and I'm on XP. Any ideas or options?
Jsalgado
Are you having this issue with all the WMA files you try to convert? Can you try convert other format and let us know if the issue persist?
IRM
Please also note that Olympus have a propietary codec for DS2 format that might not allow you to complete the conversion, make sure to confirm if the olympus recorder provide you the options to select a different format or a ds2 not copyright protected in order for you to complete the conversion using the switch software.
