Debut recording on zoom session stop after 10 - 20 mins & the screen freezes

I start recording zoom session and about 10 to 20 mins later, the screen turns blank and stop recording. I am sure this is not screen saver setting in. I tried moving the mouse and the screen still blank and nothing can be seen from the screen. The screen freezes. Finally, I have to power off to restart my laptop.

This has happened on 3 occasions whenever I record zoom session. For the previous occasions, I follow Debut Support on technical & related problem troubleshooting and hoping I can resolve it on my own and continue on trial & error but so far to no avail.

Has anyone experience this situation before and how to resolve it?
