Cannot convert to ogg

I have just purchased the paid version and there is no option to convert to ogg. The website states multiple times that ogg is an opti 192.168.1.254 on.

Any help must appreciated, cheers  10.0.0.0.1

Are you getting an error trying to convert to OGG or loading a OGG file?

Please note that using the switch program the OGG file format is located on the dropdown list for format supported by the program, scroll up or down to locate the ogg format, check the encoder options available for the format and proceed to convert your files.
