David Holden
How do you add a wavy ‘fall off’ to a note ? ( a wavy gliss will only work if connecting to a following note ) Dave

David Holden
Thanks for reply. However, none of your suggested options (gliss tools; grace note) provide a “ long fall off” indication. The nearest to such indication is “gliss” but the wavy downward line can only be achieved when the note in question is connected to a following note by it (that is a “gliss” , but not a “fall” ) So I am left with no solution other than to write “fall” from text tool Dave
Chris75
Yes, sadly the program does not have other options than what already described here. You can share any improving suggestions with the developers through this link NCH Software Suggestions and Feedback

GaryFGebhardt
Hi David and Chris75, Yes, I was looking for a "fall off" as well. Pretty common for sax players playing jazz, blues, or modern music. Gary
GaryFGebhardt
Hey David! I actually found the "Fall" notation already in Crescendo! Right click on note, then pick "slide" and the last choice in the second category is "fall!" Best, Gary
