addressed Keeping windows folders apart

I have dozens of folders whose name is a year, like say 2020.

How do I bring them in still in their folders so i don't mix up the images?

Hi

Try this......

• Open VP and click the New Folder icon associated with the clip bin area.
• Enter a name for the folder  e.g. 2020....(Use the date like you already have,)  and then Add  it to the bin.
• Double click new 2020 folder (now named)  that appears in the bin to open it.
• Add your 2020 images from the PC folder to the bin's new folder
• Click the return arrow icon associated with 2020
• Repeat for a new 2021 folder   etc.

Your clips for a particular year will now have separate folders in the bin. Note: You will need to create equivalent new folders for images in the image bin as well as clips in the clip bin etc.

So altho I have folders 2020 etc in windows,

in videopad I have to make new folders named 2020 etc.

Then copy and paste hundreds of images.

I am beginning to miss pinnacle 12 which would show the windows folders.

The folders in VP can all be displayed in the bin.  in folder or list form.

 Clips can be added in bulk.  Simply select the ones you want, then drag them into the new folder.
