recording from local network camera but IP keeps changing

Hi, following the title subject:

I can't modify the camera IP address to become static

I am able to discover the current camera IP address on the local network (I am able to automate the IP discovery procedure)

So currently in order to capture the stream I need to update the correct IP address on Debut manually every time

I would like to automate the procedure

I was thinking of using the Debut command line option but I am trying to find out if that knows to take also network URL parameters 

any ideas? help much appreciated!

The only information for the command line for Debut that is available is here:

It does not say if it will take network URL parameters, and that is the only information support has as well, you will need to test yourself and see if it works or not.
