Mixpad Tracks out of sync

Greetings all!

 

I just purchased mix pad and I am recording two tracks (piano and voice)

It seems that the vocal track is a bit behind even though I recorded using a metronome. This get worse as the song continues. By the end it is a real problem.

Hi @Orochimaru, what audio interface are you using to connect the microphone and instrument line to your computer?

For further diagnosis, kindly send us a screenshot of your computer's system audio settings and the program’s audio settings, and the program’s software version you are currently running. If you are using any third-party hardware (ex. audio interface), kindly let us know which exact model it is as well.

Please also send us the following information about your machine's hardware. Kindly give out the most details you can to the best of your ability.
