Big resolution

If this is in Windows right-click the program icon in your desktop select PROPERTIES > COMPATIBILITY tab > here make sure that none of the boxes for the options that show are checked. If any of them are checked please uncheck them and click APPLY and then OK. Open the program again if the issue is still there you might want to reinstall and if not contact NCH technical support team here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
