Mwin Posted April 27, 2021 Share Posted April 27, 2021 Just starting out so having bought what I checked was a compatible foot pedal (VEC infinity 3 USB foot control), and downloaded the free version of Express Scribe in the first instance, I have dragged and dropped my mp4 file into the software window, however although Ive gone through the install wizard which picks up the foot pedal (plug and play), the file name is not highlighted (as advised it should be) and I cannot seem to activate it. Any ideas on why please? Under pressure for the delivery of this work so any feedback would be gratefully received. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Chris75 Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 If the issue is happening with just one file, then you may want to try opening the file using another media player.
