Now all I get is 'Please check that your audio hardware is functioning correctly and that Preferences -> Playback -> "Sound Device" has been correctly configured'. I am using a MAC and these settings are all correct; I have tried all options available. I have contacted ES and all they are advising is to remove the application and reinstall via the link they send me. I have followed their instructions three times now and still no success. Has anyone any other solutions? Or, any other recommendations for a transcription package as I need to get this work completed. Many thanks.
