Some entries fail to appear on balance sheet and income statement

As above, most of my entries for January do not appear on income statement or balance sheet. December was fine and everything entered more recently is fine. Income statement for January says "There is no information available for this report." The balance sheet now technically works but includes only recently entered data. The journal shows all entries normally and the entries are in account reconciliation. Help!

You may want to reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/accounting/easetup.exe

Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to create a backup data file to avoid losing your information during the process.

Thanks elk, but that didn't work. I did get help from tech support though and the solution is to recalculate customers accounts. Someone else may need this information in future.

As long as the asset or equity exists, it can be displayed ..... but if the asset or equity does not exist, then nothing can be displayed
