My voice sounds glitchy in discord

So I downloaded voxal voice changer to admire my voice and etc... , and when I tried to use it on discord my sound was cutting in and out, I tried to admire the volume to fix it but I cannot, Can someone please help me?

Do you get the problem with Discord only or also with other apps? Have you tested using other effects to see if the issue persists? What type of mic are you using? Check that Voxal is receiving your microphone's signal. The status should read: Successfully processing! and the audio meter will be moving as you speak, it should be in the Good Mic Level section. Note that Voxal must be opened prior to the program that you are using the effect in. Close both programs, open Voxal, then open the program where you would like to apply the voice effect.
