Alb
I can't choose any of my sound card's audio outputs. I choose one, hit OK, go and check and it's unchecked again. And yes, the eternal "waiting for stream" shows up. Of course it does, the program doesn't recognize my sound card ... I have a Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6, pc on Windows 10 Pro, Intel i7-6800K cpu, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 gfx card and 80Gb (no typo) Ram. And as far as professional support is concerned: I'm sorry but I will not buy a piece of software yet where even the free version doesn't work, refund or no refund. -Albert
DannR
In attempt to fix this issue, please try the steps below: Uninstall DeskFX, then delete 3 folders named "DeskFX" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\DeskFX\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\DeskFX\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\DeskFX\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/deskfx/deskfxsetup.exe Once done, restart your system one more time and try again. if you still getting issues send the information to https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=DeskFX&support
Alb
Well it still doesn't recognize my sound card, nor its ASIO drivers. Uninstall + goodbye.
