Hawk1972 Posted February 25, 2021 Share Posted February 25, 2021 When I record on Express Dictate the recorded sound fades in and out on my office computer. My assistant claims she has the same issue when using Express Scirbe to transcribe the dictation. However I also use Express Dictate on my home computer and the recording is clear and does not fade in and out .My assistant has no problems with it fading in and out as well when sent from my home computer. Fred28 Posted February 26, 2021 Share Posted February 26, 2021 It seems the issue is with the installation, you may want to try and reinstall everything again, just make sure you remember all the settings you have so you can add them again.
