Batch Resize jpeg images on a mac while preserving folder structure

I have 10,00 plus hi res jpegs and am looking for a way to mass convert to low res for easier sharing on the web.  The ideal solution for me would be to have an identical folder structure one containing high res images and the other smaller sized images.  There are windows based programs to do this but looking to do it on my mac.  Will this software do this?  wasn't able to tell from the FAQs.
