jleontx Posted January 17, 2021 Share Posted January 17, 2021 I am recording from a vcr/vhs tapes to my computer Since I bought the debut and video pad, every few seconds there is a sound gap, I thought it was the vhs tapes so I played it on my tv and no it is not the tape. So I tried pinacle and there is not gaps in their recording. I prefer to use debut. Do I have a setting wrong or can anyone help with this problem? DannR Posted January 18, 2021 Share Posted January 18, 2021 Could be possible the encoder or the bitrate that you are using for the recording, in this case, what is the setup that you are selecting, make sure that you select the same format and verify the video options when you are doing the recording.
