Text Editor and Video Track question

Hi

Once the text has been generated it is automatically placed on a track, usually the overlay track. This can be viewed either.

  1. In the Clip Preview screen with the chequered transparent background, or
  2. In the Sequence Preview screen against the underlying clip on the track immediately below the text.

Usually I find it easier to monitor the text position by setting VP to display both preview panes. Go to Options/Display and tick the box labelled Show dual previews.

...and, when the effect window or text editor are in use, there's a VIEW button under the preview window.

You actually could do it in any video editor, even in online one which is easier to use (the text will be by default on the video). For such cases I always use movavi they have a lot of tools for editing not only videos but audio and photo as well. You can first read their blog page about how to use any of the tools they have or even what app better to use, and after that download their software. It's worth your attention, trust me.
