tjareson
Hi, I'm just testing Axon if applicable for professional use. At the moment I'm stuck with a queueing problem. I have a group, consisting of 3 participants: 2 softphones and an answering machine. The delay for the softphones is 0 seconds, for the answering machine 120 seconds. That works fine, as long as at least one softphone isn't busy. (each softphone connects with only 1(!) line) In case that both of them are busy, the incoming call is directly routed to the answering machine, ignoring any configured delay for it. I think, if I assume, that there are only phones in group, this seems to make a bit of sense. But if you need an answering machine, which only get's the call in case of waiting to long in queue, that simply doesn't work. Any idea if I understood something wrong with configuring groups? best regards Tjareson
cyberlex7
I've got exactly same problem too. Delay does matter. I think it may be a bug of Axon. I downgraded to 1.20 to sse if it works (from 2.0) but nothing changed. It worked few time ago...
