Bruvra 0
I am a new user. I am able to generate a treble clef with tablature for guitar. I am doing fine, placing notes in the lines and below the lower e in treble clef, but all of a sudden I cannot place notes, for example, a C note below the e line in treble clef. What have I done to lock this up for me? How do I reset it so I can write low notes? Hopefully, you can understand my problem and have a solution. Thanks.
DannR 0
In this case try reinstalling the program again, if you are using a PC try this. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the Crescendo folders: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Crescendo If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. After deleting the Crescendo folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/crescendo-5-58-2020-12-05.exe If you are using a MAC, please remove the program from the Applications folder, then restart your machine. After this reinstall again the program from the next link: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/crescendo-5-66-2020-12-25(intel).zip
