Ledger not backing up..?

I have brought a new computer, So I loaded Express Accounts,
and restored data from backup.

Though I have noticed the manual backup I completed,
only backed up the Ledger .csv till the 20th of December.
So all the data entered, including new account details,
entries, sales and purchases, are not included.

How can I force Express Accounts to back all info, today's date?

What you can try to do is navigated to C:/ProgramData/NCH Software/ and copied the folder "ExpressAccounts" and then pasted it into the new hard drive in the same position. this would transfer all the information.

Thank you, but funny thing is, it just fixed itself up.
When I migrated across EA said all data will be be deleted, which appeared to. 
But when I backed up it made separate files being backed-up, 
They are working fine. A weird glitch, which works; not sure why.
