There is no update mandate, especially if it's to a beta like the 9.07 you are using.   As the warning states:  These beta-prerelease versions have not completed testing and may have bugs, crash or otherwise malfunction. Use them at your own risk. They are provided strictly as-is.  Report issues here.

Install this and the green should vanish.

Newer versions can always be test driven, to check out features - and quirks.  Suggest waiting until they have proven to be solid.   Release 8.45 is very stable.
