Lost Sound Track from Slideshow

The soundtrack from my slideshow is missing. I did not make a back up copy.😪 I have read the manual, every detail pertaining to audio in the Photostage Professional application itself, and any and all information pertaining to the subject. The "restore audio" selection is dysfunctional. Nothing happens when I select it, and it won't open to even be selected.   The once-present "add music" playlist of songs formerly in the application is gone, so I can't even replace it by adding it anew without rebuilding the entire show, including photos, from scratch. Please HELP!

In attempt to fix this issue, please try the steps below:

Uninstall PhotoStage, then delete 3 folders named "PhotoStage" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
**C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
**C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\PhotoStage\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/pstagesetup.exe

Once done, restart your system one more time and try to add the audio files again.
