Windows OneDrive won't acknowledge Pixillion Image Converter

I tried the free version of Image Converter, realized how useful it would be in my work and also noticed that Window 10 OneDrive wouldn't back it up because it said I did not have access permissions. I bought the license to the software and registered it, but OneDrive still refuses to acknowledge it. How can I fix this? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

I'm not sure what you are trying to backup, the installation file of the program of the files you convert. If you want to backup the converted files, if you are getting that message, it means you do not have permission on that particular folder, so I would recommend you to select a different output folder.
