Express Invoice won't print correctly using the Big Sur OS

I recently upgraded to Apple's "Big Sur" operating system.  When I create an invoice in Express Invoice it looks fine on the screen but when I try to print the invoice, only the logo and the outlines of the boxes on the page print.  None of the text on the page will print.  I tried downloading and installing the latest version of Express Invoice but that didn't help.

I've devised a work around where I take a screen shot of the invoice and print the screen shot but that's a pretty crappy way to run a business!

If your margins are not printing correctly, please check the following settings.

  • Paper size
    1. Click Options on the toolbar(Preferences on a Mac)
    2. Select Page Layout from the list on the left
    3. Select the correct Paper size: from the dropdown list
  • Margins
    1. Click Options on the toolbar Preferences on a Mac)
    2. Select Page Layout from the list on the left
    3. Set your Top/Bottom: margins to .75 inches
    4. Set your Left/Right margins< to .75 inches

The margins have ZERO to do with my issue.  NONE of the text on the page prints.  The logo doesn't print.... the word "Invoice" doesn't print... the customer information doesn't print... the invoice number, creation date and due date don't print.  Only the box outlines print.
