Broadwave Plus doesnt stream unless audio is present

Hey Guys,

I run a little streaming box that doesn't have constant audio and what happens is if I start the computer and my audio source starts and NCH starts like normal and I connect to the stream on another device it stays connected for about 9 seconds.

I realized that if I run some audio through it it will start streaming and stay running on my device.

So how do I get this thing to begin streaming even without audio present?

The program needs to have a stream all of time so it will not stop recording.
