SupaBad Posted December 12, 2020 Share Posted December 12, 2020 Hi, Can you tell me if I need to purchase at least Video Pad Editor Home Edition before I can capture via the software from my Capture Card? You see, I have the non-commercial license but it will not recognize my Capture Card. The error I get is: DEVICE ERROR. IT MAY BE IN USE BY ANOTHER APPLICATION. SupaBad Posted December 12, 2020 Author Share Posted December 12, 2020 Still having issues with VPad, so I just purchased Debut, which is recognizing video and capturing without any issues. That said, it cannot be a driver issue with the capture card or the VTR DVCAM DSR-11. The desktop is a new HP w/10 so no issues there either.
