Debut is not showing or recording the Programs/Apps working on My screen

I have a problem with Debut, it's not showing the opening apps/programs which are working in the background of my laptop screen Windows 7 64Bit, so I can see them on My screen but not on the Debut screen, so Debut is showing and recording a Clear and clean Screen with the mouse movements only without showing the apps/programs that I'm trying to record them

I have purchased a bundle consists of Debut and Videopad masters over a week ago, so at the beginning i thought that i have to purchase it to make it record Full screen with everything playing on it, Please have a look to the below Screenshot from my laptop which showing an example

I think you should contact Support and explain what you are trying to do and what's not working.  I have found them to be helpful in the past.

Thank you, I bought a new Laptop. I'm just wondering about your YouTube ID; I couldn't find it
