Number of Simultaneous users

Hello I am new to this product and have a general question.

 

If I have a 800 number can multiple users call this 800 number at the same time and leave dictations ? and can dial dictate handle simulatenous users?

I see that in the features for the software it says that Dial Dictate can handle 10,000 users; does it mean 10,000 user accounts or parallel connections?

 

Any advice around this topic is appreciated.

Yes it can. I currently have 75 users and 12 phoe lines running into Dial Dictate. you need a seperate phone line for each simultaneous user. I am using Vonage phone lines.
