No File Converted

Paid for the full app. The first Ai file was converted to png successfully, however trying further files (Ai to png) failed.  On Clicking the "No File Converted" the explanation "File Failed To Load". An expensive way to find out that the program does not work. Any help would be appreciated.

OS is up to date Windows 10.

I have just realised that the problem is that the loading is hanging and therefore the problem is that the file is taking too long to load. As an example I have been waiting for 15 minutes on my latest attempt

You might want to consider reinstalling the program, if that does not work can you provide one of the files here so I can test. You might also want to consider reaching out to NCH Technical team here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

Hello Fred,

I reinstalled as you suggested and the first file loaded and converted straight away. Sadly the second file just said "Loading", I waited 15 mins and nothing changed.

I cannot see how to attach a file so sadly I cannot show the file I am trying to convert.

However I can report that JPEGs (of the same size) load almost instantaneously.
