Lost ALL Background Color

I'm a new user.  When I first used Switch two days ago, I was impressed with the layout, and the ease of operation.  The colorization of the program was impressive.  Today, I opened it to use, and the layout is ALL in Black & White !!  The program still works, however.  How do I get the colorization back ??   I deleted the program six times now, each time reloading it from the NCH Switch CD.  HELP !!!

The background color of the app depends on the version and the program has no option to change this. It will all depend on what version you have installed. You can reach NCH technical support team for more information here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

Fred, I'm using Version 8.18.  It's taken from the NCH CD which just arrived last week.  Must be the latest version.

Yes, that is the latest version for Switch. The best I can think of is for you to uninstall and install again to see if that changes the background, but I'm also using version 8.18 and my background is completely white. So that might just be how the version 8.18 looks. The only other option is for you to test older versions to see if you get one with a dark brackground.

I wonder how yours looks, would you mind sharing a screenshot here?

Fred, I just reloaded 8.18 from an NCH website and IT NOW HAS THE PANEL COLORS BACK !!!  Oh Wow, This is a great day indeed !!  (Thought I was losin' it)
