How do I create a Click Track and include it in the recording?

How do I create a Click Track and include it in the recording?  I want to send the click track along with tracks that I am recording to other musicians to add their parts.  I need to have the Click Track included as a separate track.  How is this done please?

The program does not have an option to include the metronome (click) as a track, but you can set one track to records what-u-hear or stereo mix from your computer, start playing the metronome and record it on the track you need it.
