Pixillion Image Converter it does not convert PDF to images

For some reason when I try to convert pdf to jpg or png some images in particular are "corrupted" into colors that are not faithful to the original without a reason

I am having a similar problem. When I use Pixillion to convert Pdf files to Jpeg files, the output files are always degraded. Nowhere near as clear and defined as the original. Very frustrating because the free version used to do these conversions fine. Then I bought the standard version thinking that the problem of bad conversions would be fixed. Not so. No matter how much I tweak things like resolution or compression I get the same poor results. It is as though those functions are disabled in the standard version.

If you guys check the effects and can confirm no effects are being applied I would suggest you reinstall the program and see if that corrects the issue. If it does not, then you might want to contact NCH Technical Support Team here:  https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
