Payment of Credit Card Account

Payment of credit card account appears as an expense on the Income/Expense report. The individual items on the credit card account have already appeared on the report so the payment of the account should not appear on it.

Hello, This program records all the transactions, and when you pay your credit card fees you need to record that payment as well as a expense on your banking or savings account.

The payment of the credit card account appears as a receipt on the credit card account and therefore should appear as a receipt on the Income/Expense report but it doesn't.

How did you apply the payment? Has it worked with other payments in the past? Try recalculating the balances in Express Accounts to see if it helps. To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically.

The software I am using is the non-commercial home use only version of Moneyline.
